Randy

Gardner

President and CEO

Randy Gardner oversees all aspects of the agency’s activities ensuring goals and priorities as established by the Board of Directors are met. Maintain organizational effectiveness by providing fiscal management, leadership, vision, and strategic planning. Leads the leadership team in strategic decision-making and operations as the organization continues to enhance its quality programming and build capacity. Prior to joining Habitat he served as Vice President of Finance and Operations for the nonprofit Pivot. Prior to that he served as subject matter expert and budget consultant for the B-1 bomber program at Tinker Air Force Base. He is also retired from the Air Force having served 24 ½ years as a medical maintenance technician, facility manager, environment of care manager, financial services officer, budget officer and comptroller. He is a certified nonprofit professional and has served on as Board President for ABLE Community Based Services and as an elected member of McFarlin UMC Administrative Council. He currently serves on the McFarlin UMC Board of Trustees and as an Ambassador for the Norman Chamber of Commerce.

Jim

Frazier

Vice President of Finance and Operations

Jim manages the agency’s Finance Program. Jim has over 25 years of direct finance experience and is a certified internal auditor. Jim was formerly a Senior Internal Auditor with Continental Resources and a CFO for an Oklahoma public oil and gas company.

Shroyer

Vice President of Donor and Community Engagement

Elle oversees the ongoing fundraising and community engagement program, demonstrating a commitment to cultivating prospective supporters and collaborating with advocates. Her strategic approach guarantees a robust financial foundation supporting the organization’s mission, vision, and operations. She brings a wealth of experience as a seasoned professional with a background in nonprofit operations and higher education program management. Elle’s leadership, marked by inclusivity and collaboration, reflects a commitment to creating lasting positive change in the nonprofit sector.

Operations Director and Family Selection Manager

Cheri Lee oversees all human resources, accounting, bookkeeping and she assists in coordination of projects and events. She serves as the manager for the Family Selection Committee for Habitat home builds. She has over 30 years of experience in office management and systemization.

Kendra

Martin

ReStore Director and Family Support Manager

Kendra manages all aspects of the Restore, including donation procurement, processing and sales. She was formally on the fundraising committee and has supported Habitat for years both as a volunteer and donor. Kendra has many years experience as a business manager/owner and has a Master’s in Psychology.

Jamie

Yoder

Community Engagement Administrator

Jamie oversees our volunteer program and actively engages in community outreach with a variety of organizations and community groups. He is a key figure in the planning of fundraising events. With a keen focus on building new partnerships and engaging volunteer groups, Jamie has become an instrumental force in fostering community support. Having dedicated his career to enhancing community efforts, Jamie’s commitment to the Habitat cause is evident in his previous role as the ReStore delivery and donation pick-up coordinator, where he became a favorite among donors. His passion for creating positive impact and his ability to connect with volunteers make him a valuable asset in leading the volunteer program towards greater success and community involvement.

Community Engagement Administrator

April Grant oversees community engagement in Pottawatomie County. She is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in event planning and community engagement development. Her commitment to enhancing community engagement is evident in her relational approach and the lasting impact she contributes to the community in which she’s served. April Grant continues to be a driving force in building strong, vibrant communities through her dedication to meaningful and impactful community engagement initiatives.

Marketing and Advertising Coordinator

Brooke serves as the Marketing and Advertising Coordinator, responsible for crafting and executing digital and print advertisements. Her duties include measuring analytics and optimizing marketing efforts to drive meaningful connections, contributing to the expansion of Rose Rock Habitat for Humanity’s impact and reach in South Central Oklahoma.
