Habitat’s Homebuyer Program is currently looking for Qualified Candidates.
We provide you a path to home ownership. Our mission brings people together to build homes, communities, and hope in South Central Oklahoma and the immediate surrounding areas.
What to Expect if You Qualify
- We offer an affordable 30-year home loan at a fixed, below-market interest rate.
- We provide educational courses on homeownership and financial literacy.
- We deliver 100% financing without requiring Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI).
- We ensure that housing costs do not exceed 30% of your monthly household income.

Additional requirements include:
- Have 12 months of steady income
- Be a legal U.S. citizen or a permanent resident
- Be willing to partner with Rose Rock Habitat and complete educational equity hours
- Need adequate housing (financial and physical)
- Be able to pay for the home
The Process

- Attend a mandatory orientation workshop.
- Receive and complete a home application and submit the necessary documents for a credit inquiry.
- Current Paystubs (30 days)
- Prior 2 Years Taxes & W2’s
- 2 Months of Bank Statements
- Approved applicants will be invited to partner with Rose Rock Habitat and complete educational courses to fulfill the program’s requirements.
We are not taking applications for our New Home Ownership Program at this time. We are planning on starting our new build in the Spring 2024 and will open our enrollment at that time. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
