Habitat’s Homebuyer Program is currently looking for Qualified Candidates.
We provide you a path to home ownership. Our mission brings people together to build homes, communities, and hope in South Central Oklahoma and the immediate surrounding areas.
What to Expect if You Qualify
- We offer an affordable 30-year home loan at a fixed rate.
- We provide educational courses on homeownership and financial literacy.
- We deliver 100% financing without requiring Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI).
- We ensure that housing costs do not exceed 30% of your monthly household income.
Required Income Qualifications
Minimum Income Requirements based on Household income in the area:

Additional requirements include:
- Have 12 months of steady income
- Be a legal U.S. citizen or a permanent resident
- Be willing to partner with Rose Rock Habitat and complete educational equity hours
- Need adequate housing (financial and physical)
- Be able to pay for the home
The Process
- After reviewing the Habitat income requirements to see if you qualify, please click the “Start Survey” button below to submit your information.
- A staff member will review your survey and if there is a home that meets your needs you will be invited to attend a mandatory orientation workshop.
- At the orientation applicants will receive and complete a home application and submit the necessary documents for a credit inquiry.
- Current Paystubs (30 days)
- Prior 2 Years Taxes & W2’s
- 2 Months of Bank Statements
- Approved applicants will be invited to partner with Rose Rock Habitat and complete educational courses to fulfill the program’s requirements.
- Approved homebuyers are invited to partner with Rose Rock Habitat to complete sweat equity and program requirements.
