Returning to the typical format once again, the 2022 Norman Christmas Holiday Parade will take place in Historic Downtown starting at 6 p.m. Dec. 3. The route will begin at Main Street and Pickard Avenue (the Norman High School parking lot) and end at James Garner Avenue, in front of the railroad tracks.
