Frequently Asked Questions

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items except appliances. If an appliance does not work you have 10 days to return it for store credit.
No. Items can remain at the ReStore for 2 business days (not counting Sundays) after purchase. Load out assistance is available 9-5 Monday-Saturday. If items are not picked up after 3 days and we are not contacted, items are considered abandoned and will be returned for sale. No refund will be issued on abandoned items.
